Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted, and cubed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest, plus 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 cups part-skim ricotta
Directions
Step 1
