Rest

Rest is important.  Fatigue makes us weak, vulnerable and works on the mind's stability.  There is good reason why it's noted in the Bible that the Lord worked for six days and rested on the seventh day.  Be certain that you refresh yourself with a day of play after giving your all with six days of hard work.
