Integrity

To be trustworthy one must examine the quality of one's thought and words.  How truthful are those words? There are varying degrees of being untruthful. Outright lying to subtle omissions and the real truth lies in one's intentions.  One would like to think that they can leverage their influence with others based on what they say.  Would you be willing to follow a leader that demonstrates a lack of honesty and credibility in the workplace, neighborhood, and among friends and family?  Be truthful; believe in your own integrity and others will want to follow in your footsteps.
