This past weekend, NYC had the great pleasure of celebrating the 10th anniversary of the best in barbecue at Madison Square Park. Never, have I witnessed, New Yorkers patiently standing in line to savour the delicious baby back ribs, burgers, smoked sausages, chicken and the likes without making a fuss. Ikea had a cooking stage on site for all those interested in polishing their cooking skills. The attendees were serenaded by a band and all attended had the opportunity to picnic on the lawn or sit at the designated areas for a great sunny and fun day.
