Pineapple Salsa Recipe

Mozzaikwall.com

1 red sweet pepper
1/2 purple onion
1 pineapple
1 lemon or lime
1 table spoon of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
3 table spoon of honey (Optional)
3 table spoon of sugar (Optional)

Cut up the red sweet pepper, the onion and the pineapple. Mix well, add salt, black pepper. Drizzle the honey, olive oil and add the juice of half of the lemon or lime.   You can leave out the honey and sugar depend on the ripeness of the fruits.  If you prefer the dish sweeter, add some more honey or sugar.

(You can add mango to this recipe as well. The acid from the pineapple along with the mango will explode your taste bud. I sometimes use different color of peppers, green, orange, yellow and red.  They compliment each other and look very attractive.)
