81 Old Fashioned

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 tsp Demerara syrup (one part Demerara sugar, one part water)
• 2 oz Wild Turkey 81 Bourbon
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 dash Fee Brothers Orange Bitters
• 1 dash Regans’ Orange Bitters

Garnish: Lemon and orange twists
Glass: Old Fashioned

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir, and strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with lemon and orange twists.
