
Ingredients
1 cup of Olive
1/2 cup of toasted walnuts
2 Tablespoons of Olive oil
2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
1 tablesppon of fresh lemon zest
lemon juice
Preparations
Remove pits from olive. Using a food processor, combine olives and toasted walnuts, olive oil, grated parmesan, lemon zest and a squeeze of lemon juice. Spread about 1 tablespoon tapernade over toasted crostini or use to top totatoes.
