Sandy's Aftermath (Commuting mess continues)
Strick restrictions in place on crossings into manhattan to reduce gridlock. Cars with fewer than 3 people banned at crossing from 6AM to 12AM.
MTA waive all the fees for today for trains and busses.
Path tain service Remain suspended. Service is expected to restore in 7 to 10 days.
New York City Schools are closed again today. Teachers should report today. Students are to be reported to school on Monday.
Staten Island Ferry is still suspended.
All bridges and tunnels are open except the Holland, Queens- Midtown and Brooklyn Battery Tunnels, which are closed until further notice.
