Fear

If fear is abundantly present in your daily plans, it may be time for a change in your thinking.  The consequences of chronic fear are debilitating.  It can destroy relationships, steal joy and peace, stunt your ability to think and act, create apprehension and indecision.  Fear imprisons you with panic and a lower self concept and eventually affects one's health.  Exchange fear with hope and thrive.
