Great Advice
How do you handle feelings of anger and resentment? Is it effective? Does it produce healthy, growth producing results? If not, perhaps you are hanging on to them too long. Anger and resentment are best when short lived: otherwise they tend to be agents that self-destruct taking down their owners. Can you identify areas of resentment that would be healthy for you to let go of? Let go; forgive and live.
