2 3 oz. boxes Jell-O, any flavour
2 pkg. plain gelatin
1 300 mL can sweetened condensed milk
Bring a kettle of water to a boil. In a pourable bowl or measuring cup, dissolve the Jell-O and one package of plain gelatin with 2 cups of boiling water. Pour half into the bottom of an 8×8-inch pan and set on a flat surface in the fridge to chill.
Meanwhile, dissolve the other packet of plain gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water; whisk in the sweetened condensed milk. Pour half of that over the chilled first layer, chill and repeat with the rest of the Jell-O and milk mixture, chilling each layer until set (it should take 20 minutes) before adding the next.
Once set, cut into cubes or shapes using a small cookie cutter and serve. Alternatively, make this in a small mould and cut into slices. Serves 8-10.
