Chicken and Feta Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices seven-grain bread, toasted
- 2 oz grilled chicken, sliced
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 2 Tbsp crumbled feta
- 4 Kalamata olives, pitted
- 1/2 cup mache
Directions
- Top one slice of toast with chicken, avocado, feta, olives, and mache. Top with the second slice.

Ingredients
- 1/4 avocado
- Coarse salt
- 2 slices seeded multigrain bread
- 3 ounces grilled boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 mango, sliced
- 1/4 small red onion, sliced
- 1/4 red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 to 5 dandelion greens
Directions
- Mash avocado and season with salt. Spread on bread. Top with chicken, mango, onion, pepper, and greens.
